What Can You Upgrade?
The upgrade system in Outpost 19 focuses on both your base and your offensive capabilities:
- Resource Generators: Boost the output of your iron and electricity generators to supercharge your economy.
- Bot Factories: Upgrade them to produce stronger combat bots and increase your chances on the battlefield.
- Player Stats: Increase your own HP or weapon power for a more aggressive, hands-on approach.
- Defense Tower: Reinforce the main outpost’s tower to withstand waves of enemy attacks and buy yourself more time.
How It Works
Upgrades cost in-game gold, which players earn over time and by attacking enemy positions. You’ll constantly weigh the risk of venturing out for more gold versus staying put to defend and upgrade.
Each upgrade station is clearly displayed within your base, so you’ll always have a quick overview of what’s active and what’s available. No cluttered menus, just tactical choices.

Here’s the twist: upgrades are per-match only. Once the game ends, everything resets. That means every match is a new opportunity to try something different, and every decision matters.
Will you go all-in on bot production? Fortify your base and wait out the storm? Or sneakily max your economy and unleash chaos late game?
